Brewing Community, Purpose, and Power: BLK & Bold’s Impact Huddle

As the school year kicked off, BLK & Bold brought together the voices that matter most: the youth. We hosted our first Impact Huddle, a powerful conversation that spotlighted community, purpose, and power.

Students and staff from our nationwide Community Partners joined in and engaged with Rod Johnson, Co-Founder and Chief Values Officer, and our Social Change Leader Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders. The exchange was interactive, with youth asking insightful questions and Coach Prime sharing lessons on leadership, discipline, embracing the journey, and more.

Moments like these reflect the heart of BLK & Bold and our For Our Youth initiative. To date, we’ve contributed over $450,000 to organizations creating brighter futures, from mentorship and digital access to food security and urban farming. Our Impact Huddle was a chance to see that investment in action: young people gaining tools, wisdom, and inspiration as they start the next chapter in their journey.
